Flat collector SPK-F2M (production of Poland) has a high conversion efficiency of solar radiation energy into thermal energy due to copper absorber 0.3 mm thick, coated with highly selective German coating BlueTec Eta Plus. Copper coil heat exchanger in the form of the harp is connected to the absorber by ultrasonic welding, which ensures a high heat transfer from the absorber to the coolant.
Patented manifold body made of special aluminum profile. To increase the bandwidth of the solar radiation collector is coated with a special 4 mm prismatic glass with low iron content. 4 cm mineral wool to minimize thermal losses of the collector, providing the conductivity to the environment at the level of 0.035 W/m K.
Flat collector SPK-F4M (production of Poland) has a copper heat exchanger in the form of a meander and an aluminum absorber coated with a selective coating of BlueTec (Germany), which allows to achieve high efficiency solar energy conversion. The absorber plate is to be secured to the heat exchanger by means of ultrasonic welding. The manifold housing-patent protection and are made of special aluminum profile. The collector is covered with special glass with low iron content to increase the throughput of solar radiation. ATMOSFERA F4M comply with DIN EN 12975-2: 2006 have the test certificate of Solar Keymark.
The manifold has 4 outlets, 2 on each side, allowing you to match them with a solar drain-back.
SPK F4M Harp
ATMOSFERA SPK-F4M Harp – Flat solar collector with single harp absorber for thermosiphon and pressure solar systems.
ATMOSFERA solar collector SPK-F4M Harp is designed for pressure and natural circulation solar systems (thermosiphon) to convert energy of solar radiation into useful thermal energy used for preparing warm service water, heating swimming-pools or supporting heat source in the heating system.
Collector’s housing construction is based on a rigid frame bent from the special aluminum profile patented. At the bottom the housing is closed with aluminum sheet, whereas the cover is made of special, high-transmission solar glass. The manner of fixing the glass ensures tightness of housing and minimizes the thermal tensions.
The main part of the collector is an absorber, the plate of which is made of aluminum sheet covered with the high selective Eta Plus coat in order to ensure high level of solar radiation absorption, which re-sults in obtaining high efficiency of the energy conversion process.
Absorber’s plate is welded by means of laser welding with the sys-tem of copper tubes, in which the medium circulates. Absorber ensures steady heat removal through the circulating medium. Heat losses were minimized by application of lower and lat-eral insulation made of mineral wool of low heat conduction.
Specially designed assembly sets made of stainless steel are used for trouble free and secure mounting of collectors to roof constructions with different angle of roof slope inclination.

The main part of the large area collectors is a copper sheet covered with the high selective eta plus coat with an active surface of 4.71 m2. The sheet ensure high level of solar radiation absorption, which results in obtain-ing high efficiency of the energy conversion process.

It is possible to connect parallel up to 10 solar collectors SPK-F4/5,23 in one field.
Flat collectors with prismatic glass have certificate of compatibil-ity with norm DIN EN 12975-2:2006 conducted by TÜV Rheinland Immissionsschutz und Energiesysteme GmbH and Solar Keymark certificate.
